Components
The
VDC system is made up of four integrated modules that comprise all aspects of an agency's operations.
- The Premium Production Module process and record all quotations and premiums; allows for policy inquiry
; management reports and invoicing. All information is automatically extracted into all other modules.
- The Policy Issuance and Print Module automatically issues and prints all policies, endorsement and forms.
The entire policy is printed in an ISO approved format. All policy information is taken from the premium Production
Module - there is no duplication of work. Mandatory State and ISO forms and endorsements are automatically selected
and printed. Optional forms and endorsements are selected from a listing supplied by system.
- The Cash Module processes all premium cash received or disbursed. It produces a detailed accounts receivable,
aging reports, receivable inquiry and producer statements.
- Loss Module for Agents that need the capability to process losses. This integrated module provides the
agent with the necessary tools to record, pay and report on all losses.
